Get the Leadership Team on the Same Page
Two or three weeks inside the leadership team. At the end, a shared set of priorities everyone can stand behind, and a way to keep them aligned after we leave.
What we do
When leaders don't agree on what matters next quarter, the rest of the company can't move. We run a focused project that gets the senior team to a shared set of priorities, with clear owners and a weekly check-in that keeps them aligned after we leave.
Deliverables
- Interviews with every leader, and with the layer of managers below them
- A plan with 5 to 7 priorities and a named owner for each
- A 12-week meeting schedule to keep the team aligned
- Follow-up check-ins at 30 and 60 days
2 to 3 weeks. Every project starts with a discovery to confirm the fit and scope the work.

Weekly Leadership Meeting
A weekly meeting that moves the business forward. Fewer meetings overall, faster decisions, and a team that keeps running when the CEO isn't in the room.
Clear Decisions, Fewer Meetings
We figure out who decides what, who really needs to weigh in, and which meetings you can stop holding. Fewer meetings, clearer ownership, faster answers.
