About

A business person who uses AI. Not the other way around.

Andy started The Bright Fig on a simple observation: the biggest bottleneck for small businesses isn't a lack of tools. It's a lack of understanding. They don't need more software. They need someone to show them how to use what's already in front of them.

01 / What we do

We get inside the business first.

Before recommending anything, we map how the business actually runs. Where time goes, what repeats, where the real friction is.

From there we make the plan, show you what to do, and stay with you until it's working. The goal from day one is to make sure you can run it without us.

02 / How we think

A few things we believe.

01

AI is only useful if it runs.

A tool nobody uses isn't a solution. We don't call it done until it's working in the real workflow, not just demoed on a call.

02

Small businesses deserve the same advantages.

Enterprise teams have dedicated people to implement and manage their tools. You don't. That's the gap The Bright Fig closes.

03

The best advisors work themselves out of a job.

From day one, the plan is for you to run it yourself. That's what success looks like.

04

Practical beats perfect.

AI gets used where the math works. Skipped where it doesn't. The pilot that never ships doesn't count.

03 / Founder

Who runs it.
