The Bright FigBook a call
Advisory and Training

We stay until the plan becomes practice.

Two sessions a month to keep the plan moving, and training that fits the way your team already works. You decide. We help. Monthly. Cancel any time.

The problem

A plan is not the hard part. Doing it is.

  • The plan is written. Three months later, nothing on it has happened.
  • Your team tried a tool once and went back to the old way.
  • Nobody owns it, so it waits for you, and you're busy.
  • You're the only one who knows how any of it works.

Advisory puts someone on it with you, two sessions a month, until it's part of the job.

What you get

A working partner, not a course.

Twice a month

Working session

We look at what's moved, what's stuck, and what's next. You make the calls. We bring what we've seen work and what we'd skip.

DeliverableA short written list of next steps after every session. Who does what, by when.
As needed

Training on real work

We sit with your team and their actual tasks. The inbox, the quoting, the reports. No slides, no generic course. They leave having done it once with help.

DeliverableA one-page how-we-do-it guide for each workflow, written for your team, kept up to date.
Between sessions

A direct line

When someone hits a wall, they ask. A quick answer beats a week of guessing.

DeliverableAnswers by email or text between sessions.
Monthly

Where things stand

A short look back. What's working, what isn't, what changed, what's worth doing next month.

DeliverableA one-page monthly note you can read in two minutes.
Why this

Built around how your team already works.

Not a class.

Training happens inside the real work, on your tools, with your people. That's why it sticks.

A flat monthly fee.

No hourly billing. You know the cost at the start of every month.

Cancel any time.

When it's part of the job, you don't need us. That's the goal.

One person, start to finish.

The person you meet on the first call is the person who does the work. No handoffs.

How it works

From plan to habit in three steps.

01

Start with a plan

The Starting Point · $2,500

The Starting Point gives us a shared plan to work from. If you already have one, we can start from that.

02

Work it together

Monthly · Flat fee

Two sessions a month, training as each piece comes up, a direct line in between.

03

Stop when it sticks

Your call

Some clients need three months. Some keep us around. Either way, you decide month to month.

Is this for you

For teams that are done reading about AI.

Built for
  • Businesses with a plan that keeps not happening
  • Owners who want someone to call when the team gets stuck
  • Teams that bought the tools and never got past the first week
  • Solo operators who want a second set of eyes every couple of weeks
Not a fit if
  • You don't know where to start yet. Begin with the Starting Point.
  • You want a one-time class for the whole company.
  • You want something built, not worked through. That's custom builds.
  • You can't make time for two sessions a month.
Questions

Before you decide.

How much does it cost?

A flat monthly fee, quoted on the call once we know the size of your team and the plan. No hourly billing. If you did the Starting Point, that $2,500 comes off your first month.

How long do people usually stay?

Three to six months is typical. Some stay longer because they like having someone to call. You decide month to month.

In person or online?

Either.

What if my team doesn't want to change how they work?

That's usually the real problem, and it's why training happens inside their real work instead of in a class. People keep what helped them yesterday.

Do we have to do the Starting Point first?

No, but most do. It gives us a shared plan to work from. If you already have one, we'll start there.

Can you build things during advisory?

Small fixes and connections, yes. Anything bigger gets scoped as a custom build so you know the cost before we start.

How do we start?

Book a call. If it's a fit, we usually start within two weeks.

Next step

Stop planning. Start using it.

We'll talk about where you are and whether advisory is the right next step.
