When the right tool doesn't exist, we build it.
We connect the tools you already use, automate the work that repeats, and build custom software, including AI that knows your business. Scoped per project. Yours to keep.
No obligation · Fixed quote before any work starts
The tools you can buy get you most of the way. Then they stop.
- Five tools that don't talk to each other, and someone retyping between them.
- A spreadsheet that quietly runs the business and only one person understands.
- A process that's yours, that no product on the market quite fits.
- Questions about your own documents that nobody can answer without digging.
A custom build fills the gap, and only the gap.
Scoped, built, handed over.
What it does, and what it doesn't
We write down exactly what the build will do, what it won't, and what it costs. Nothing starts until you've agreed to that page.
Small pieces, shown early
We build in short cycles and show you working software as we go, so there are no surprises at the end.
Yours, documented, explained
You get the code, the logins, and a plain-language guide. We walk your team through it on their real work.
Support if you want it
Fixes for anything that breaks in the first fourteen days are included. After that, paid support is optional and month to month.
The kinds of things we build.
Connect what you already use
A form submission creates the client, sends the welcome email, and books the first call. No retyping.
Replace the spreadsheet
A quoting or scheduling tool built around how you actually price and plan, that more than one person can use.
Answers from your own documents
An assistant that knows your contracts, procedures, and past work, and answers questions from them.
Built to fit, not to impress.
Fixed scope, fixed price.
You know what it does and what it costs before anything is built.
Starts small.
The first build is usually one workflow. If it earns its keep, we do the next one.
You own it.
The code, the accounts, the documentation. Take it to anyone.
Built by the person you talked to.
No handoff to a team you've never met. The person who scopes it is the person who builds it.
From idea to working software in three steps.
Discovery call
You describe the gap. We tell you whether a build is the right answer, or whether a tool you can buy would do.
Scope
We write down what it does, what it doesn't, the price, and the date. You sign off before anything starts.
Build and hand over
Short cycles, working software early, then a handover with documentation and training.
For businesses with a clear need and nothing that fits.
- A repeating task you can describe in a sentence
- Tools that don't connect, and a person doing the connecting by hand
- A process that's specific to how you work
- Businesses that finished the Starting Point and found a build on the list
- You're not sure what the problem is yet. Start with the Starting Point.
- A tool you can buy would do the job. We'll tell you if so.
- You want a large platform rebuilt from scratch.
- You need it by Friday.
Before you decide.
How much does a build cost?
It depends on the build, so every one gets a fixed quote on a one-page scope before any work starts. Most first builds are a single workflow and are priced accordingly.
How long does it take?
Most first builds take two to six weeks. The scope page has the date on it.
Who owns it when it's done?
You do. The code, the accounts, the documentation. If you ever want someone else to maintain it, they can.
What if it breaks?
Fixes in the first fourteen days are included. After that, paid support is optional and month to month.
Do we need to do the Starting Point first?
Not if you already know exactly what you need. If you're not sure, the Starting Point is the cheaper way to find out.
What do you build with, and will it connect to what we have?
Whatever fits the job and your existing tools. Most modern tools have a way in, and we confirm that on the call. We don't push a platform, and we don't resell software.
How do we start?
Book a call and describe the gap. If a build is the right answer, you'll have a scope and a quote within a week or two.
Describe the gap. We'll tell you what it takes.
No obligation. If a tool you can buy would do the job, we'll say so.
