The situation
Five hundred people, no shared system.
A $25M regional human services organization with 500 employees ran on paper and memory. No HR system, no shared tooling, no way for leadership to measure performance or manage growth. They knew something had to change. They didn't know where to start.
What we did
Mapped first, then moved in phases.
- Mapped where the organization was losing time, money, and capacity, then laid out a phased plan around what had to happen first.
- Helped choose an HR system and supported the rollout to all 500 employees, with onboarding, payroll, and compliance standardized for the first time.
- Helped put every team on one shared work system so ownership was clear and reporting stopped being a manual job.
- Helped bring structure to customer-facing work, with processes redesigned before the new system went live.
- Reworked the organization's public presence to match what it had become.
What changed
Visible, measurable, and $350K a year lighter.
Leadership can see the work for the first time. Response times dropped, issues are tracked to resolution, and the move off paper saves the organization more than $350K a year in operating costs.
